Recipe – Servings for two

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 6 ice cubes

Blend the cashews and milk. Add dates, coffee, caramel sauce, and ice. Blend until smooth.

Drizzle extra caramel on top and enjoy!

Recipe – Servings for two

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium bananas – peeled, sliced, and frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Mini chocolate chips, sliced almonds, and sliced bananas (optional to garnish).

Place the bananas, almond butter, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and ice in the jar of a blender. Puree ingredients on high speed, until completely smooth.

Garnish on the top and serve immediately. Rich, creamy and thick enough, you’ll want to scoop it with a spoon.

Recipe – Servings for two

Ingredients:

  • 1/ cup oats
  • 1.5 cup frozen blueberries(or sliced peaches
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Put the oats in a blender. Blend until they are ground into a fine powder. Mix frozen fruit, vanilla yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

Blend ingredients on ice crush or highest setting until completely smooth. Pour smoothie into tall glass and serve.

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon gratted ginger
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

Mix the pineapple juice, greek yogurt, pineapple chunks, mango, banana and ginger. Blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
