Let’s burst this bubble and discuss what actually a healthy lifestyle is. It’s about making easy-to-manage healthy choices in your day-to-day living. We often tend to believe the myth that we have to compromise alot to work towards a healthier life but it actually is all about choosing a healthier option over an unhealthy one and making it an habit. Hence healthy living has to be a commitment for the long run and not a flash-in-a-pan. Everyday we see people cribbing about being over-weight, lethargic, prone to health issues etc. These issues create discrepancies in their daily life and interfere in their normal routine.
We recently came across a dietician and a nutritionist from Jaipur, Dt. Rajat Jain, who promotes healthy living. He believes that healthy eating is not about strict nutrition philosophies, staying unrealistically thin or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, and keeping yourself as healthy as possible – all which can be achieved by learning some basics of nutrition and incorporating them in way that works for you. He runs a brand named ‘Health Wealth’ that promotes healthy living, fitness and wellness by providing his patients a personalized balanced diet and workout program.
Not only is weight loss and issue but we also see people struggling with other health issues like Diabetes which is becoming common in India. His diets not only aid in weight loss but also gives a treatment for chronic diseases like Hypertension, Diabetes, Thyroid Disorders, PCOD etc. Dt. Rajat holds a record in curing diabetes with diet plans along with medical supervision for desired results. So, do you still believe that healthy living is something difficult to achieve?
